- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably in a multi-project environment.
- Previous project management experience in the defense industry is a significant advantage, preferably in the air defense systems sector.
- Technical understanding of mechanical engineering and electronics, along with familiarity with systems engineering, subsystem interfaces, and complex systems integration.
- Experience working in stressful environments with multiple competing priorities.
- Familiarity with project management software and tools.
- Proven experience in negotiations and conflict resolution.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and creative thinking abilities.
- High level of service orientation and commitment to delivering results.
- Ability to manage complex projects with a focus on productivity and efficiency.
