- At least 10 years of experience as a Plant Manager or Senior Production Manager in the manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record managing a factory/plant with over 100 employees.
- Significant experience in directly managing department heads/managers and leading large teams.
- Proven experience leading efficiency processes, performance improvement, and organizational change management.
- Demonstrated ability in budget management and business performance control.
- Strong technical/engineering background.
- Familiarity with industrial quality standards, safety, and regulatory requirements – an advantage.
- High-level fluency in Hebrew and English.
