Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Previous experience in an analytical role / Data Analyst / Business Analyst
• Strong Excel skills
• AI orientation and familiarity with AI tools
• Experience with SQL – a strong advantage
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Qlik or Tableau
• Experience working with large datasets and translating data into business insights
• Knowledge of CRM & employee systems / HRIS platforms / Salesforce – an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail alongside a broad business perspective
• Strong communication and presentation skills
