- Proven experience in international defense sales – mandatory
- Strong track record of managing complex, long-cycle sales processes end-to-end
- Experience working with government and defense customers
- Ability to independently identify and develop new business opportunities
- Strong technical understanding and ability to operate in complex system environments
- Experience with C2 / C4I systems – an advantage
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Fluent English; additional language – advantage
- Willingness to travel internationally
