• At least 5 years experience in marketing and sales roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with preparing marketing and sales proposals and providing effective and tailor-made solutions for complex technologies customers
• Willingness to travel internationally as required
• In-depth knowledge of defense industry regulations and export controls
• A results-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding targets
• Familiarity with UAV’s or Loitering Munition is a plus
• Technical knowledge in the specified sectors
• Proven track record in the defense market – advantage
