- Requirements
- 7+ years of Frontend development experience.
- Proven experience as a Frontend Tech Lead or technical leader.
- Strong expertise in React.
- Excellent knowledge of modern JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
- Extensive experience building large-scale web applications.
- Deep understanding of Frontend architecture, software design patterns, and engineering best practices.
- Experience defining technical solutions and writing architecture/design documentation.
- Hands-on experience with system design and architecture modeling tools such as Draw.io, Lucidchart, Visio, or similar.
- Strong experience with state management solutions and component-based architectures.
- Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, REST APIs, browser performance optimization, and modern frontend development practices.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to combine technical leadership with hands-on software development.
